Are we kidding with this cuteness! Ugh amazing flared leg, gorgeous green color, strapless (does have hooks for straps but unfortunately has none, would honestly be cute if you strung a cute ribbon and tied it at the shoulder!). Fits true to small, it was snug but stretchy on me!
