She is truly THE moment. This dress is NWT and so many details. It is floral and ruffled off the shoulder with little studs along the ruffle. It also is asymmetrical so one size is longer than the other. Retail $80
A couple things to note! This item is NWT and is not washed, I do think it was dragging in the thrift store so the bottom is dirty. I believe it would wash out just fine! but accounted for in the price It is also slightly see through, so I would stick with nude undergarments or wearing some sort of shapewear/slip.
